BOOKINGS
A minimum commitment of five hours of tuition is required, with fees payable in advance directly to HACKNEY SPANISH.
Prepaid sessions must be used within three calendar months from the date of the first session.
Unused sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
PAYMENT
All fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
Tuition fees must be paid in full at least 48 hours before the first session of a five-session block. If payment is not received on time, classes will not begin or will be suspended until the outstanding balance is cleared.
Fees do not include the cost of textbooks or supplementary materials, which must be purchased separately.
Tuition fees may be reviewed and adjusted annually in line with inflation and rising operational costs.
Invoices not settled within the agreed timeframe may be subject to late payment interest and recovery procedures, which could include third-party collection services or legal action. Any additional costs incurred in the recovery of unpaid fees will be the responsibility of the student.
CANCELLATIONS
Missed sessions (no-shows) are charged in full.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable and will be charged in full.
Late arrivals may be accommodated at the tutor’s discretion, subject to availability.
If a tutor is unable to conduct a session due to unforeseen circumstances, HACKNEY SPANISH will either provide a substitute tutor or reschedule the session in consultation with the student.
CONNECTIVITY & TECHNICAL ISSUES
